At our Bambini Health, we are dedicated to providing children and their families with comprehensive, compassionate care through Allied Health Assistant (AHA) therapy services. Aligned with our core values, we work to inspire each child to grow, learn, and reach their full potential in an environment where they feel supported and celebrated. Here’s what our AHA therapy services agreement covers and what you can expect as part of our partnership:
What Our AHA Therapy Services Include
In delivering AHA therapy services, our focus is on fostering a nurturing and inspiring space for kids of all abilities. Each service is designed to encourage children to achieve while supporting parents and families at every stage.
Here’s what’s included:
Direct Therapy Sessions Focused on Growth and Joy
Each child receives direct one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs. Our AHA’s work with the child’s lead therapist to develop a treatment plan that not only focuses on growth but also ignites joy, making therapy an exciting part of their day.
Supervisor 'Drop-In' Program Reviews
Every school holiday, our supervising therapists drop in to observe and review each child's therapy program. These sessions are vital for assessing progress and adjusting the plan to meet changing needs, ensuring that therapy remains engaging and effective. We believe that by coming together as a team, we’re stronger and more capable of providing the best care. These drop-in sessions are required every 6 months.
Termly or Quarterly Progression Sessions for United Support
Progress reviews are held on a termly or quarterly basis, where parents, AHA’s, and supervising therapists meet to discuss the child’s journey. Together, we unite to support each child’s progress and set inspiring new goals for the upcoming term. It’s all part of our commitment to building stronger connections with the families we support.
Clinically Relevant Communications with Curiosity and Care
To best support our families, our AHA’s and therapists collaborate with other health professionals, adjusting programs, and communicating on behalf of your child as needed. Any communication or tasks over 15 minutes are invoiced to ensure thoughtful, thorough attention to your child’s care plan. We care deeply about fostering a community of professionals who support each child’s journey with curiosity and compassion.
Cancellations and Scheduling Considerations
We understand that life with kids can be unpredictable! To make sure we’re able to offer flexible scheduling to all our families, a cancellation policy is in place. We ask for as much notice as possible for any changes to appointments, helping us ensure availability and minimize cancellation fees.
Indirect Supports by the Lead Therapist
Each child’s progress journey is as unique as they are, and our lead therapists provide important behind-the-scenes support. From resource creation and summary reports to communications, we believe these additional efforts help every child feel supported, inspired, and celebrated.
Our Core Values: Inspiring Kids to Achieve
Our AHA therapy agreement is more than a contract—it’s a commitment to our shared values:
We Care: Your child’s well-being and growth are at the heart of all we do.
We Are Stronger United: Working together with families and professionals creates the best possible support for each child.
We Inspire Curious Minds: Our approach sparks wonder and discovery, making therapy a place of learning and joy.
We Ignite Joy: We aim to create joyful, memorable moments in every session, so children love learning and growing with us.
Inspiring Kids of All Abilities to Be Unique and Achieve: Each child is unique, and our goal is to celebrate that, inspiring them to reach new heights.
Through our AHA therapy services, we hope to help each child thrive in a space where they are respected, empowered, and encouraged to be their best self.
