What we offer
Structured 100 Day Induction
Engage in twice-weekly supervision and mentoring with a senior clinician led by you to target your skills and goals!
Every day for your first 100 days is meticulously planned so that you and your clients can have the best start to your journey!
Professional Development
Based on your professional goals and interests engage in a structured professional development plan. Some of the courses our team have done together this year include the SOS Approach to Feeding and LEGO Based Therapy course.
Security of Salary Position with Incentives
The security of a salary position with bonus incentives and a structured career pathway and salary progression. Your contribution to the team is acknowledged through above award rates. After your initial year of working at Bambini Health, you are eligible to be part of our reward system where you are provided with bonuses for contributing to the value of our clinic.
Profession Learning Budget
Each therapist receives a 2 thousand dollar professional development budget plus PD leave allocations to ensure you have time to develop your individual skills.
